This exhibition is dedicated to the men of this generation who quietly fight battles that often go unseen, particularly those who choose to follow their own path in life and art.

In an industry and a society that rewards conformity, choosing the road less traveled is rarely met with applause. The well-worn path offers companionship, validation, encouragement, and love. People understand that path. They reassure you that the stress you feel is normal, and they caution against risking comfort for the unknown.

And you can’t blame them — it’s human nature. Most seek stability and encourage others to do the same. Few have the vision — or the courage — to support those who step into uncertainty. That is, until these “rebels” achieve measurable success. Only then do supporters emerge, suddenly claiming belief in the journey they once couldn’t understand.

So, where do these men, these modern-day rebels, draw strength when walking this solitary road? Sometimes from books, late-night talks, or anonymous voices in their minds. Rarely from those closest to them, not because of a lack of love, but because of fear. Fear that if the rebel fails, the emotional cost will be too high for everyone involved.

PARABELLUM: A Rebel’s Journey is a tribute to those men—artists, dreamers, and silent warriors—who continue forward despite the noise, the doubt, and the isolation. It’s a recognition of their courage, a space for their stories, and a reminder that even in solitude, 
You are not alone.
